INGREDIENT INFORMATION
The following are the ingredients of Women's Mix and just some of their reported benefits.

Acerola Berries
Malpighia glabra is a tropical fruit that looks like a cherry, but isn't. It is one of the highest natural sources of Vitamin C, (10 to 50 times more than an orange) as well as containing over 150 other vitamins, minerals, phytonutrients, etc.
It is one of nature's most potent antioxidants and can also provide fantastic support for normal immune system function. Acerola is reported to increase the nutritional benefits of other foods as well as being rich in protein, iron, calcium and phosphorus.
Seaweed Extract, Derived from Lithothamnium corallioides and Lithothamnium calcareum)
Highly absorbable seaweed and red algae that is rich in calcium and magnesium, but also contains significant levels of other minerals and trace elements like phosphorous, potassium, manganese, boron, iodine, zinc, copper, selenium and cobalt.
Kelp (Iodine)
Kelp is one of nature's highest sources of Iodine, also rich in Vitamin K, folate, magnesium, calcium and much more.
Magnesium - from Epsomite Mineral, Red Kelp and Seaweed.
Magnesium is a mineral used in building bones, manufacturing proteins, releasing energy from muscle storage, and regulating body temperature.
Epsomite is one of only a few water soluble sulfate minerals. It is actually well known in most households as the artificially created epsom salt. Magnesium sulfate's medicinal uses were discovered from mineral waters at Epsom, England from where epsom salt and epsomite get their names.
The other sources of magnesium are seaweed and red kelp.
