Spyder and Team On The Rock Nutrition finished 4th in their division in the 16th annual Nautica Malibu Triathlon. Over 3000 athletes helped raise more than $700K for the Children's Hospital of LA. The Hana Relay is an incredible fifty-two mile journey through the most breathtaking scenery in all of Maui. In 06, Spyder and team Liquid Sunshine ran the race in 6 hours, 41 minutes and 30 seconds placing 25th out of 112 teams... a great time was had by all!
